Into the night...

As our species list grows to sizeable length we are increasing our efforts to discover the more elusive creatures that make their home in the National Park.

To this end, night walks have begun - not for turtles, but any other nocturnal beasties that may cross our path. Volunteers are already returning with photos of frogs and sloths, and tales of ghostly rustle and things that go bump in the night.

“There were jaguar footprints in the mud exactly where the night walk team heard a rustle and a splash” said Sam. “The jungle comes alive at night,” commented ten-weeker Jeremy, “and you see some really cool stuff.”
